For some of the SnoreFree exercises you need one or the other aid. A few of them, such as a cork or a straw, are quickly at hand. Others are a bit more difficult to obtain. To make your training success easier, we have compiled the most important of them in a practical package.
For some exercises you'll need a few easy-to-use accessories. Some of these can be replaced by alternatives.
Hygiene advice: Allow your utensils to dry in the fresh air for a few hours before placing them in a closed container and sealing them - do not store them in a damp place! The best way to clean the thin silicone tubes is to simply suck a glass of water through them.

A thin pastry consisting of water, flour and starch (also gluten-free). From the supermarket in the baking department as edible paper & baking wafers or as hosts from the church specialist shop.

The small wafers are also available in other shapes such as butterflies, stars and hearts. The shape doesn't matter for the exercise, the important thing is that they are small enough to fit on the tip of your tongue or the roof of your mouth.

Skin-friendly, anti-allergic dental rings made of latex. You can get them in dental shops, but usually only in bulk. Kitchen rubber rings can also be folded so that the rubber ring fits on the tip of your tongue.

Collect the corks from empty wine or champagne bottles and wash them well. If you don't have a cork handy, you can use a carrot or just two fingers. The bigger the better.

You can use any cotton swab from the drugstore or supermarket. However, the medical cotton swabs, like the ones we send, are a little longer, have a longer stem, and thus reach more towards the back of the throat.

Instead of a pudding, you can also use yoghurt, sheep's milk or similar thick products. The important thing is that the porridge is thick enough that you have to make a good effort to suck it. The thicker the better.
This can be a (mild) perfume, or a gentle essential oil, preferably a flower. Recommended: especially peppermint notes such as menthol, camphor, tiger balm, eucalyptus, tea tree, or also aloe vera, yalang, lavender, jasmine, lemon balm, lemon, and other herbs.
You can use any glass, cup, or mug.
A normal toothbrush, which you probably have at home, is sufficient for the tongue massage exercise. However, you can also get yourself a tongue scraper, i.e. a tongue cleaning brush.
